- SIB8108P - 100
Bio-Crypto controller is based on 32 bit RISC MCU. It has 256KB ROM to stored the biometric algorithm, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) protocol and RSA encryption algorithm. The 256K SRAM is to speed up the processing. The finger print templates and the customized program are stored in the 512KB Flash. The external interfaces are 3 UARTS, 32 GPIO, SPI, I@C master and slave, and PWM (RF interface). It comes in PQFP 100 leads 20mm X 16mm x 2.7mm. (Click here for brochure)
